Scope of work

Each project begins with a written summary of pages, features and timelines. Work outside that summary is quoted separately before it starts.

Payment

Website builds start from £499 and are typically invoiced as a deposit before work begins and a balance on launch. Care plans are billed monthly in advance.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing content, images and feedback in a timely manner, and for confirming that any material you supply may lawfully be used.

Care plans and cancellation

Care plans run month to month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. On cancellation we will provide your website files and assist with a clean handover.

Results and expectations

We build websites to a professional standard using current best practice. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes or sales figures, as these depend on factors outside our control.
